• Pelvic Band and Hip Joint: The orthosis incorporates advanced hip joint systems such as the Becker 1000 or Becker 2000 Hip Series, featuring ring locks or adjustable flexion mechanisms that stabilize the pelvis, control hip rotation, and provide enhanced support during walking.
• Drop Lock Knee Joint: The orthosis utilizes a Becker Ring Lock/Drop Lock Knee Joint with either a manual or semi-automatic locking mechanism. The metal drop lock securely locks the knee at 180° full extension, ensuring maximum stability and weight-bearing support while standing and walking. The lock can be manually released to allow comfortable knee flexion for sitting.
• Ankle-Foot Component: Equipped with advanced components such as the Becker Triple Action Ankle Joint or double-action stirrups, the orthosis provides adjustable control of foot drop, lower-limb alignment, and energy return throughout the gait cycle, promoting a smoother and more natural walking pattern.
