• Kevlar®-Reinforced Hybrid Gel Construction: The prosthetic liner is manufactured using a Kevlar®-reinforced Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) hybrid gel, combining the exceptional comfort of traditional gel with the durability and tear resistance of silicone. This advanced construction resists excessive elongation while ensuring long-lasting performance.
• Unidirectional Stretch Fabric: Featuring an exclusive Select unidirectional stretch fabric, the liner allows controlled vertical flexibility while minimizing pistoning within the prosthetic socket, providing a secure fit without the need for a rigid distal matrix.
• Flexible Knee Motion Panel: An integrated multidirectional stretch panel over the knee enhances flexibility during movement while significantly reducing shear forces and pressure across the patella, improving comfort during walking, sitting, and other daily activities.
• Optimized Posterior Gel Profile: The liner incorporates a reduced 2.5 mm gel thickness behind the knee, minimizing material bunching during knee flexion and providing enhanced comfort during prolonged sitting, kneeling, and repetitive bending.
